Thomas Sharpe

Tom is Co-founder of Onetegrity, LLC, a professional services firm based in Washington, DC dedicated to client success. Onetegrity advises public and private companies pursuing and supporting public missions; provides executive advice for leaders; and offers deep expertise in leadership; strategic planning; governance; change management; performance management; and federal and state procurement and operations.

He has over forty years of contracting, procurement, business management and leadership experience at the highest levels in both the public and private sector, and he has been repeatedly tested and proven as a high-level successful and ethical executive, highlights include:

Commissioner, Federal Acquisition Service, U.S. General Services Administration (February 2013 – June 2017), where he directed the global reach of over 3,000 acquisition professionals and a $1.4 billion operating budget in growing the organization’s $50 billion plus in annual procurement and contracting support to its customers while increasing customer, employee, and supplier satisfaction. Retired from the federal government in June 2017.

Senior Procurement Executive, U.S. Department of the Treasury (January 2005 – February 2013), ensured the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department's numerous procurement operations in supporting the Department’s mission, including during the 2008 financial crisis.

Principal, IBM Global Services (Prior to January 2005), responsible for the capture and delivery of procurement transformation engagements for IBM’s commercial and government customers.

Tom is a Director and the Communications Chair, Procurement Roundtable (PRT), Washington, DC. The PRT is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that cares deeply about the federal acquisition system, serving pro bono to advise and assist the government in improving federal acquisition.

He is a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and holds the NCMA Certification as a Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). He is a past President and current member of the Executive Committee of the NCMA Washington, DC Chapter.

He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and holds the NACD certification as Director Certified (NACD.DC).

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton.
