Laura Querubin
Laura Querubin is the Managing Director of grIP Venture Studio.
With over 16 years of experience across Colombia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, she works at the intersection of venture capital, entrepreneurship, and international partnerships.
Laura mobilizes capital, expertise, and institutional partners to unlock opportunities for high-growth companies. She also advises founders and investors on growth strategy and cross-border expansion, with a focus on Latin America’s emerging markets.
Prior to grIP, she served as Senior Investment Advisor at Invest in Bogotá, where she led efforts to attract global companies and impact investment. She also advised the President of iNNpulsa, shaping its international strategy and building strategic partnerships. Earlier in her career, she served as Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Colombia to the United Kingdom and as a freelance producer for the BBC.
She is also an entrepreneur at heart and has founded and operated two tourism companies.
Laura holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in International Development from the London School of Economics and is a triple-major honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
