Brian is the President & CEO of Holden Advisors, a management consulting company focused on increasing companies’ profits by transforming their pricing, negotiation, and sales approach to deliver improved customer experiences with better financial results. He navigates challenging and ambiguous situations, determined to drive successful results for his clients. Crafting a compelling vision for his clients and team, Brian specializes in exceeding profit goals and sales targets.

Brian is a recognized expert in helping organizations lead and communicate with the five different generations in today’s workforce, speaking and consulting with audiences worldwide. As a transformational leader, Brian builds cross-functional relationships to improve processes and drive positive change across organizations. Internally, he develops employees to ensure long-term business success.

His leadership experience began as a US Air Force pilot where he commanded 31 combat missions in Kosovo as well as transported the Presidential motorcade around the world.

Transitioning to business leadership, Brian led the Quality program for a division of General Electric and as a Sales and Marketing Vice President at Genworth Financial, doubled their market share in 18 months. He’s since focused his efforts on improving the leadership and negotiation strategies for his clients resulting in over $1 billion in increased profit.
